Mr. Graham Robjohns has been the Chief Executive Officer of Golar LNG Partners Limited Partnership (Golar LNG Partners LP) since July 2011. Mr. Robjohns served as Chief Executive Officer of Seadrill Partners LLC from June 2012 to September 1, 2015. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Group Financial Controller at Golar LNG Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Golar LNG Management of Golar LNG Ltd., since November 2009 to July 2011 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from April 2011 to July 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Golar LNG Ltd. from November 2005 to June 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Golar Management Ltd., from November 2005 to June 2011. He served as a Group Financial Controller of Golar Management from May 2001 to November 2005 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer from June 2003 to November 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Golar LNG Partners LP from April 2011 to July 2011. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Golar LNG Ltd. since June 1, 2003 and its Group Financial Controller since May 2001. Mr. Robjohns served as Chief Financial Officer of Golar LNG Energy Limited since November 2008. He served as a Financial Controller of Osprey Maritime (Europe) Ltd. from March 2000 to May 2001. From 1992 to March 2000, he served for Associated British Foods Plc. and Case Technology Ltd (Case), both manufacturing businesses, in various financial management positions and as a Director of Case. Prior to 1992, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their corporation tax department. He has been a Director of Seadrill Partners LLC since September 2012. Mr. Robjohns has been a Director of Seadrill UK Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Seadrill since June 2010. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. John Roche has been the Chief Financial Officer of Seadrill Partners LLC since June 2015. Mr. Roche serves as Investor Relations Director at SeaDrill Limited. Prior to joining Seadrill in May 2013, he spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley and held various positions including an Executive Director in its Investment Banking Division. He served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Seadrill Partners LLC. Mr. Roche graduated from Boston College and is a CFA Charterholder.
