I spent just under 5 years there & was promoted once, before my position was eliminated. It's probably a good place for new grads or early career professionals to learn & build skills, but lots of newbs leave once they find better pay elsewhere, which is disengaging to those left to train backfills.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency needs improvement. Changes would be better accepted, if people could see them coming or got an explanation of the edicts. The 3-days-in hybrid mandate was not well received and we lost a lot of great people because of it, too.
