open honest communication, kindness and collaboration
Work together well. Communication, collaboration amongst the team is very good.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
weekly get togethers, coffee cafe, cafeteria, events, ect
The culture is very positive and uplifting
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency needs improvement. Changes would be better accepted, if people could see them coming or got an explanation of the edicts. The 3-days-in hybrid mandate was not well received and we lost a lot of great people because of it, too.

Multiple interviews with different management
