Hostile environment. RNs were mean at times and one of the MDs is rude and condescending. Literally, been having anxiety and depression since I started due to fear of being bullied or yelled at. One female MD is very rude and condescending.

Listening to their subordinates and hear what they had to say about a situation. And also to not curse at them and keep it professional.
