Sharps Compliance Company Culture

Mr. Gregory C. Davis has been Vice President of Operations for Sharps Compliance Corp. since May 2011. Mr. Davis is responsible for traditional warehouse, manufacturing and distribution functions, while also managing delivery and integration of the increased data and technology requirements of the Sharps Compliance's new solution offerings to its existing and new customers. He has been with Sharps for over 7 years and served as Director of IT in March 2007. Prior to his time at Sharps, Mr. Davis was founder of an information technology company and also held various positions in the information technology industry.

Ms. Diana P. Diaz has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Sharps Compliance Corp. since June 14, 2010 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary. Ms. Diaz career includes over ten years at Deloitte, where she finished her experience as Senior Audit Manager. Since then, she has served in progressively challenging roles in the energy and health industries to include Vice President and Controller of the wholesale group at Reliant Energy, Inc. and recently as Chief Financial Officer of University General Hospital in Houston, TX. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her M.B.A at Rice University and her B. B. A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Khairan Aladwani, also known as Al, has been Vice President of Assurance/Quality Control at Sharps Compliance Corp. since October 1, 2009. Mr. Aladwani served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Sharps Compliance Corp., since March 2008. He served as Vice President of Operations for Generic Medical Devices('GMD''), a developer and manufacturer of medical devices. He served in various operational roles with Cyberonics, Inc., Creos Medical and Ohmeda Medical. He has extensive medical device, FDA and ISO experience as well as lean manufacturing certification from Purdue University. He graduated in 1978 with a BA in Business Administration from Kuwait University.

Mr. Dennis Halligan has been Vice President of Marketing at Sharps Compliance Corp. since November 2014. Mr. Halligan served as Director of Marketing at Sharps Compliance Corp. Before joining at Sharps Compliance Corp in 2011, he was a principal with Stir Creative. Prior to this, he was a Senior Marketing Manager at R.J. Reynolds, responsible for brand promotions, sales distribution and new product launches in its Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana markets. Mr. Halligan is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he earned a B.S. degree in Marketing.

Diana Diaz serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sharps Compliance, Inc.. Diana started at Sharps Compliance, Inc. in June of 2010. Diana currently resides in Houston, Texas Area.
