Mr. Patrick F. Williams has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Sientra, Inc. since October 27, 2016. Mr. Williams served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc., since November 19, 2012 until April 18, 2016 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 18, 2016. He served as Vice President of Strategy & Investor Relations at NuVasive, Inc. He spent more than 5 years at NuVasive, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Strategy & Investor Relations also its Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations. He has a strong background in strategic planning, operational management, financial reporting and investor relations in the high growth medical technology industry. Mr. Williams has nearly 20 years of financial management experience. He served as a Director of Miramar Labs, Inc. since August 30, 2016 until July 27, 2017. He served as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Callaway Golf, where he managed the day-to-day operations of the finance department including budgeting and forecasting, companywide operational analysis and financial reporting. Mr. Williams held senior finance positions at Kyocera Wireless. He holds an MBA in Finance and Management from San Diego State University and a BA in Economics from University of California at San Diego.

Mr. Charles Huiner has been Chief Executive Officer and President at Miramar Labs, Inc. since July 27, 2017. Mr. Huiner has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Sientra, Inc. since January 29, 2016. Mr. Huiner served as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Sientra, Inc. since April 2014 until February 1, 2016. Mr. Huiner has a successful track record of more than 20 years in business development, marketing and strategy, where, in the past 11 years, he served in senior roles in the medical technology and device industries. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at InTouch Technologies, Inc. (also known as, InTouch Health). He served as Vice President of Business Development and Healthcare Enterprises at InTouch Technologies, Inc. At InTouch, he led a number of important strategic growth initiatives including conceiving of, building and leading its B-to-B surgical collaboration business. Mr. Huiner served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Isolagen, Inc. and was responsible for business development, corporate finance and investor relations. His medical device and aesthetics experience includes 3 years at INAMED (now Allergan Medical) where, as Senior Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, his responsibilities spanned business development, strategy, corporate communications and investor relations. At INAMED, Mr. Huiner served a core role in a number of important partnership and in-licensing transactions including the acquisition of JUV???DERM???, and he was also part of the senior transaction team that executed the $3.3 billion sale of INAMED to Allergan Medical. He served as Associate at Security Capital Group (acquired by GE Capital, 2002). He served as Chief Financial Officer at PhatPipe and Director of Corporate Development for ProLogis Trust. He began his career as an M&A financial analyst for NatWest Bancorp. He held positions as a Director at Bordeaux Capital. Mr. Huiner received his MBA in Finance and Marketing with a concentration in healthcare management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School and his BA from Williams College.
