Mr. Kamal Nath has been Chief Executive Officer of Sify Technologies Limited since August 16, 2012. Mr. Nath was a Founder Member of HCL Comnet, the Infrastructure Services division of HCL Tech and has been a key member of HCL Tech's growth story over the years. In his 17 year career at HCL Tech, he had front-ended engagements with customers of various verticals encompassing BFSI, Public Services, Energy & Utilities, Large Enterprises, Manufacturing and Retail.

Mr. Ananda Raju Vegesna serves as Managing Director of M/s Infinity Satcom Universal Private Limited. Mr. Vegesna is well known for his expertise in the field of real estate, administration and public relations. He has a rich experience in providing infrastructural facilities to the Information Technology, manufacturing and service industries, setting up units in Software Technology Parks for domestic as well as export markets. He has been Executive Director of Sify Technologies Limited since June 22, 2007. He serves as a Director at Raju Vegesna Infotech & Industries Private Limited and Server Engines India (Private) Limited. He is a Graduate in Science.

Mr. C. R. Rao has been the Chief Operating Officer of Sify Technologies Limited since April 2013 and has been its Head of HR & Administration and Vice President since March 2, 2009. Mr. Rao was responsible for the Administrative and HR functions in Sify. He has over 16 years of aviation industry experience and has rich expertise in Strategic planning,operational management and organizational development initiatives. He has extensively worked on Business development and implementation of strategies and processes that drive enhanced business results and improve organisational capabilities. He practiced law from 1987 to 1989. This was followed by assignments with Delta Tubes Pvt ltd and an impressive stint with Bobba Aviation Services - GSA Lufthansa Cargo, where he held various senior positions. Mr. Rao holds a graduate Degrees in Law and Commerce from Andhra University and an postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Osmania University.

Mr. Raju Vegesna has been the Managing Director at Sify Technologies Limited (formerly, Sify Ltd.) since July 18, 2006 and has been its Executive Chairman since November 10, 2005. Mr. Vegesna served as Chief Executive Officer at Sify Technologies Limited. He founded ServerWorks. He was employed at Broadcom Corp. He was a Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of ServerEngines LLC. He served as the Chief Strategist of Emulex Corp. Mr. Vegesna served as the Vice President of liquids operations at Able Laboratories Inc. since November 2003. He is a highly respected Silicon Valley entrepreneur who has founded several leading edge technology companies, including ServerWorks Corporation. Prior to ServerWorks, Mr. Vegesna was a Founding Member and Chief Architect of ROSS Technology. Earlier in his career, he was a key designer in the development of 68K microprocessors at Motorola. From February 2001 to November 2003, Mr. Vegesna served as the Vice President for research and development and quality control at LiquiSource Inc. From September 1992 to January 2001, he worked at McNeil Consumer Products holding positions of increasing responsibility, served as a Principle Scientist and Team Leader. Mr. Vegesna's proven track record gives ample evidence of his widely acknowledged determination, management acumen, technical expertise and creativity. He serves as the Director at Raju Vegesna Infotech & Industries Private Limited. He holds several patents in Microprocessor and Multiprocessor technology. In addition to his business activities, Mr. Vegesna is an active philanthropist, individually and through his U.S. charitable foundation, The Raju Vegesna Foundation and its sister Indian charitable trust, the Raju Vegesna Foundation (India). Mr. Vegesna holds a Master of Science degree in computer engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University.

Mr. M. P. Vijay Kumar has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sify Technologies Limited since October 18, 2007. Mr. Kumar has been Partner of Yoganandh & Ram, Chartered Accountants for the past eight years. His areas of expertise includes financial/management consulting, legal advisory services and management audit. Prior to joining Yoganandh & Ram, Mr. Kumar worked for seven years with Sundaram Finance Services Ltd., Chennai, the investment banking division of Sundaram Finance Limited and left them as Assistant General Manager of Investment Banking to set up his independent Audit & Consultancy practice. He has been a Non Executive Independent Director of Thejo Engineering Limited since January 16, 2012. Mr. Kumar was the leader of the Investment Banking division and the Finance and Accounts division and also served as its Secretary. He has also authored various books on accounting profession. He is a rank holder in Chartered Accountancy and a resource person on Accountancy, Corporate Laws and the Capital market. He serves as a member of the Accounting Standards Board of ICAI, Editorial Board of SIRC of ICAI and member of several study groups of SIRC of ICAI on Accounting Standards and Company Law. Mr. Kumar is a Chartered Account and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and Fellow of the Bharathidasan Institute of Management.

Mr. Mark Ryder has been Managing Director - Europe at Sify Technologies Limited since January 2017. Mr. Ryder spearheads Sify's expansion plans focusing on supporting European businesses requiring access to the growing Indian economy. He is responsible for building the European business to help Sify realise its ambition to be a global ICT services company. He is working very closely with the wider teams and leadership in India to support and enable the business in Europe at Sify. He pursues businesses that look at India both as a market for expansion and for its availability of skilled workforce and IT infrastructure. He has over 20 years' experience in the communications industry and has held senior positions at several companies, including Retail Sales Director, Sales Operations Director and Head of New Business. He has a wealth of experience from a strong background in IT and Telecommunications in companies such as Verizon and Level 3. He also helped build European start-ups Colt and Zayo (formerly Geo). He served as Enterprise Sales Director and Sales Director for Geo Metro networks at Geo Networks Limited. Mr. Ryder served as London Sales Director and Sales Director for Geo Metro networks at Geo Networks Limited. Mr. Ryder joined Geo in June 2007, having previously served at leading European service provider COLT Telecommunications for over 12 years. In particular, Mr. Ryder was heavily involved in the growth of COLT from a company employing 70 people and turning over ??25m, to one employing 4,300 people and turning over ??1.2bn across Europe, North America and India by the end of 2005.

Mr. David Nishball has been Chief Strategic Officer of Sify Technologies Limited since February 2011. Mr. Nishball is the Founder and Managing Partner of Darlington Asia Group. Mr. Nishball assists in guiding and catalyzing Sify through its growth phase by tapping into new global venture opportunities. Mr. Nishball served as a Head of Asia Pacific Sales of Equant S.A. Mr. Nishball was a Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, for Orange Business Services (formerly Equant). Mr. Nishball served as President - Enterprise Services of Bharti Airtel Ltd. from April 1, 2007 to January 2010. Mr. Nishball served as Vice President of Concert Asia Pacific. Mr. Nishball has over twenty nine years of experience spanning various roles and functions in the ICT and telecommunications industry, including almost 20 years in the Asia Pacific Region, most recently in India. He has built and guided the Enterprise business for a number of global operators, joint venture companies and emerging market operators, including Orange Business Services, AT&T, Concert and Bharti Airtel (India). From 1982 to 2002, he held a number of strategic positions with AT&T and its related companies, where he played a key role in supporting and managing several global ventures. With AT&T, he held several senior management positions in both Asia and the U.S. He holds an MBA in finance and operations research as well as BA in Economics from the California University. .
