What do you like best about the leadership team?
John is very much a hands-on CEO. He works effectively with every person in the company, regardless of position and level, to ensure that their needs are met so that we can delight our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that my pay is right in line for the type of work that I'm currently performing. Cost of medical benefits for employees cannot be beat.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While everyone here at SightLogix has their title, it's very much an "all hands on deck" environment. Everyone will do whatever is asked to make the company successful. There are no silos or red tape, making it easier to work as a team and to assist where needed.
