What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the real world scenario they incorporated into it to test our skills beyond just answering questions. It was easy to do, but yet a creative way to filter thru other candidates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overall package is far greater than I would expect from a startup. Almost on par with larger FANG companies. Obviously, there are some differences, but the risk versus reward compensates for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The entire team is very open and works together. There are no issues amongst the team and it was built with purpose. The team operates as a family and we take care not only the team, but others in the org as well.
