I have had a very positive experience with this company during my tenure. That is not to say positive equals perfect. Rapid changes leave a sense of uncertainty. I do look forward to the new legacy and perhaps a reinvention of our company and/or culture.

We often feel like a family and that is a nice feeling to have in the workplace

Currently the leadership team is changing and there has been a lot of turnover. I am still hoping for good things.

It has been many years since I participated in the interview process. I know it has changed quite a bit and can't really speak to how it is done these days under our latest leadership.
