Full speed ahead. Every vision I was pitched has become a reality. And I'm proud to be on the team bringing that vision to fruition.

I felt as though my needs did not matter, as long as I met my KPI's and met meeting goals everything else wasn't worked on. I only felt valued if I met 50% of goal or more, but if under that, it felt like we're criticized but not offered true help to accomplish goals. The low pay is not motivating.
