What do you like best about the leadership team?
work with each other in a very decent way
The leadership team has good experience in their field but is hands on enough to transfer their knowledge, very approachable

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know I have a reasonable package compared to other start-ups of similar size. Yes, there are googles and facebooks, but it's a different environment and different type of work too.
I had an open and honest conversation with my manager. We came to a satisfactory mutual agreement. What else can you ask for.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone loves what they do, we keep a positive environment. My manager is very open about any challenges, failures on their end, so it makes it easier for me to do my best and learn, vs trying to do everything perfectly
