There's no challenges, and Mondays are just for meetings
Great experience overall and also the instalations are great!
The culture is great, the company cares about its workers, and their families. Pay is not bad, although other companies may offer a higher paycheck, usually it comes with the sacrifice of personal time, that is not the case here.
