That I can include my family
Performance Bonus based on achieving goals

Give rises when it make sense, not when a piece of paper tells you to do it

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews evaluate the needed skills & experience and your qualifications, but also it is important to know you as a person.
the technical part was average, very punctual about the areas that the client needed the resource for. but the personal interview when they ask about your life, seemed very fluid and not awkward unlike at some other places
They give you an introduction to the company and show you around the premise.

What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to manage my work at my pace in most of the cases (Of course, honoring our contract with the customer).
achievement of the challenges and help people to growth
People at sofftek are very helpful and good. plus the offices are cool, well designed and fund.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of ownership and accountability everywhere.
There's no challenges, and Mondays are just for meetings
Ugh, i feel underpaid for my work
