They really urge you to have a voice in the company. No idea is too small or not worth sharing. They really aim to be forward thinking and keep the entire team involved.

We all work very well together and aim to incorporate as many people on the team as possible to have well-rounded projects. The level of support from team members is the best thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They love to keep everyone in the know about what team members are doing, communication is key. There are a lot of opportunities to learn from your peers and be involved with our community.
