I wasn't looking for a job when I found Spokeo, but in reading the posting I couldn't believe something so fun was actually a position. I really enjoy the people I work with and the culture in Spokeo.

No one takes themselves too seriously, and people want to make genuine connections with each other.

Culture is very based around work/play. Lots of fun and making connections throughout the company is encouraged.

I like that they are approachable and personable. They join events and interact with everyone. Never too good to do something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think where we live in California is just insanely expensive. I have to work a second job to afford to live here.
