when we join there is no inflation so we donot ask good compensation after we join inflation kicked in not able to support all needs . new hires are getting paid 20% more than existing employees for same work we do. company is paying new hires more pay for same work we do though we have more experie

What did you like most about the interview process?
recruiters never ghost you and are very responsive
meeting all different kinds of people
It was 2 years ago, I don't remember much
Organized, structured, responsive, answering the candidate's questions.
Our managers are very friendly and down to earth.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make sure recruiters are in touch with both the interviewer and the interviewee. Make sure the recruiter touches base with the candidates consistently through the process.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executives are resistant to change proposed by new teammates.
You guys need to update the information, I feel like we would have a higher conversion rate if we had information more recent than 2019. There's a lot of complaints everyday about stuff being outdated. Also...one customer also brought up that other sites are including court records in their trial.
