Very thorough. You get to meet everyone you will be working directly with. They really want to make sure the job is as right for you as it is for them.
Equal importance to interview process. Separate interview panel to conduct interviews, well defined process. Collect feedback from everyone at the end of interview process to take final decision.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make sure recruiters are in touch with both the interviewer and the interviewee. Make sure the recruiter touches base with the candidates consistently through the process.
