Leadership team is so knowledgeable and invested in consistently learning and improving using whatever tools we feel are necessary. They created an environment where I am always challenged and learning new things and shown everyone's input is important.

The team has always been welcoming, supportive, encouraging, patient, constructive, and pleasant. I look forward to meetings with the team as they are productive and efficient but also so personable. I have really great people to keep learning from
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many things that the company does to try and make employees feel like they are a part of something, regardless of where they are. Its such a friendly and welcoming environment that has been created here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most companies provide small gestures of appreciation that are very generic. I think you have created an environment with thoughtful gestures, regular signs of genuine appreciation, and plenty of activities and opportunities to bond and create connections throughout the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most companies the owner or CEO is so out of touch you don't ever see them. Here, leadership is on all the same calls you are, knows your name, and demonstrates they value everyone's opinions and suggestions. I feel very respected here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I went from not having insurance for a few years to having benefits covered and that has helped me get to a place in my health journey I wouldn't have been able to without the generosity of the company. Truly very grateful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am lucky in that I was not just given coworkers, I was provided very educated, incredible mentors that I have already learned so much from. They communicate well, stive for success but also understand occasional human error, and together we make sure we are working as efficiently as possible.
