What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Separate cultural team to take care of events. People driven company and still have that start-up vibe even after 15 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is open for new ideas, listens with empathy, insist on quality. CEO have very good vision and always present it with facts and data.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Equal importance to interview process. Separate interview panel to conduct interviews, well defined process. Collect feedback from everyone at the end of interview process to take final decision.
