When other teams collaborate with one another and everyone are easily approached.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to speak to and have clear access to discussion and exchanged of ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While compensation was higher compared to other firms, health benefits was expensive which reduced overall compensation. The required time to get vested for 401K and longer than similar size firms.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was more about learning about the candidate, rather than testing skills. Anything can be learn and taught but social skills and the right mind set and ethics is what matters.
