the environment is toxic and volatile. HR is the only professional, rational aspect and they too are oppressed and manipulated, preventing successful execution to the best of their abilities.

totalitarianism needs to end, executives, directors, managers need to have background, experience and proven track record, consultants need to be brought in to overhaul management style and train on leadership, communication, business strategy & implementation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary, bonus structure are not at industry standard and are not supported by quantitative data which would need to be made transparent to employees on an at will basis.
