The leadership team obviously cares about motivating the sales team and has confidence in the company's ability to perform tasks. Very motivating and they do what they say they're going to do.

The team meetings every day and the fact that we actually help our clients.

I do not feel undervalued at my job. I think the job is fairly simple, and as long as you actually put in the real work during the minimal times it is required, everything will go smoothly. Our compensation lines up with the amount of work we do.
