I get annual reviews (at least) and good feedback on my performance and always get some increase annually. Solid positive employment in a challenging time in Calgary

team really meshes both at work and often away from work. everyone works hard and cares about what they do - but also like having fun
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
good vibe Relaxed but intense on outcomes. Sometimes projects don't happen in a straight line so need to be flexible and open to mid course adjustments
