Knowing that I have made a positive impact, whether it's within the company our something that helps our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation was absolutely more than fair when I started. I do think that I have grown in role and responsibility and hope that the next performance cycle will allow for an increase in compensation. I would not say that I feel undervalued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone is focused on the common goal. All actions are done to move towards our goals as a company, and everyone helps each other out. There's not one "leader", everyone has the ability to speak up and contribute to the overall success of Suki.
