What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very much focused on employees wellbeing. They provide us a great working environment with lots of fun. Coming back to office has now become more lucrative and fun. We all are aligned to a work towards a common goal while having the freedom to express our concerns freely.

No Official Promotion even though did/doing significant contribution, Indian Team is getting more priority over US Team (in getting promotions and in getting appreciation) . Stock Refreshers and bonus based on Performance.

Compensation can be increased every year at least some percentage, this happens all companies and also yearly bonus, festival bonuses can be given if possible.

"I find happiness and fulfillment at work through several factors. Firstly, I enjoy tackling challenging projects and overcoming obstacles, as it allows me to continuously grow and develop new skills. Secondly, the collaborative and supportive work environment enables me to learn from my colleagues
