I have seen a lot of people leave, mostly being forced out in some behind-the-scenes way and then it framed to us as if it were their choice or just not addressed as a whole. This does not sit well with employees or work well for boosting morale. Learning opportunities abound, though, at least.

Promises on future capabilities continue, still lack of differentiation amongst competitors - whether perceived or actual, too many updates and releases for larger enterprise clients to keep up with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An actual increase in pay - both annually, and with promotions. 401K match and a bonus program, which were both told would be coming within one month of my hire, now almost two years ago and nowhere closer to happening.
