What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are 100% employee owned and cooperatively run. Along with being a B-Corp, that makes us quite unique among companies. Our leadership has been outstandingly courageous and generous in pointing us in this direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of our company values is work-life balance. I was given the option of working 5x8, 9x9, or 4x10. I love the flexibility and chose 9x9. I never want to ever give up having the extra Friday off every other week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a committed team of worker-owners who are all heart.
