I would not recommend this place to anyone. New employees receive almost no training and are given only minimal guidance, yet are expected to perform at a high level without any real support.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employees leave constantly because of the awful onboarding, total lack of support, and impossible expectations. Fix these issues, and the organization might begin to improve.
