What makes you most happy at work?
I'm working to build a legacy, generational wealth and it's because we are helping families create a legacy and making an impact with everyone we connect with and bring value to. I love pouring into people and celebrating people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was personal, filled with examples, and very relational. I got to ask all my questions and they were transparent about everything. I got to see and understand my goals and how I can achieve and dream bigger.

The leadership team grows together and works on themselves in such an inspiring way. Their personal development and mindset and care for people are HUGE. I can tell and feel they are committed to growth, committed to excellence and committed to IMPACT.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Core values are so rich and practiced. They are celebrated and strived for on a daily basis. We see it lived through all the leaders and flourished throughout the team. This culture and values enrich our business and our families.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Getting to learn each other's strengths and strengths they don't have yet. Getting to be involved in eachother's lives and families and celebrating together! The team is a family that cares so much about each other and celebrates all the wins along the way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm getting in on the groundwork of something phenomenal. To be a part of a company that's on the route to being a household name. I've made more than I ever have in my previous careers and it continues to grow. I'm on the route to creating that passively now.
