The leadership team is for others. They are engaged with the organization at all levels from day one new agents all the way to the top. They make sure there is a path forward and upward for everyone and they help you get there.
They are Always committed to service

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the opportunity to be interviewed by two different team managers and so I was able to see and hear how each other them would manage there teams. I'm very glad I was sent to the 2nd managager.
