My experience has been full of learning. Since I started on nights I have learned how to troubleshoot better and i have learned a lot of useful skills.
My overall experience has been positive other than the dealings I have had with my manager.
Employee welfare and benefits are great, but some colleagues are two-faced and enjoy causing drama. Be careful of those ones.
It is a fun exciting experience. The only draw back is some co worker are old but act like children . High school!
