Great working environment and great benefits
Symrise is a great company, full of talented people who want to grow and be better! but the corporate is old school in Germany and sadly it's a drawback for business growth when it comes to enhancing internal processes.
I was interviewed by a gentleman who outright refused to have me work in his specific area in the plant because he felt I was a "better fit for a more manual labouring process" at the facility, to be directed to the dry blending section of Symrise.
No room to grow . Pay is alright and average
