He's an awesome leader. Listens, very empathetic and takes a genuine interest in people. He's authentic, transparent and a strong leader. He pushes the organization and his team. He can improve by shaking up his direct team, VPs and Regional General Managers and board of directors. Needs to ring-fence monies for research and innovation, if we are to maintain our pace.

Depends on your manager.
I leave the office after 6.30 PM, and work from home and make some calls and still work from home during weekend. so... 'very well balanced' is not the right term

Energetic
We are a family.
It does depend on the site. The corporate office in NY is much more "buttoned up" than some of our more remote locations.

hire someone based on the capability, not based on skin color. give people the same chance to grow depends on the capability and interest
More flexibility
