Overall a good place to work. Some of the best coworkers I've had anywhere. The company has gone through some growing pains in the last few years, but seems to be in a good place now. I like how accessible the executives are if you have suggestions or questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and available. I appreciate that leadership is willing to listen to suggestions and answer questions honestly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good people and I like the the product actually helps customers. I wouldn't say it's the most exciting thing I've ever worked on, but I like that it actually does something useful for people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to generally care about just getting things done and helping solve problems. You're not dealing with very many egos. which is helpful since the company is still growing and there's not always one specific person to go to with issues.
