What are some of the best things about your team?
People trust and respect one another, but are able to laugh and enjoy our work.
The team is very dedicated and always willing to help with any problem. There is a shared desire for self improvement and for continued learning.
They are all knowledgeable and available to help fix/ figure out problems quickly. Also a very diverse team that I enjoy talking with daily.
The combined dynamic of our personalities and that of our leader.

My team is generally happy! We work hard and have hard problems to solve, but don't let that get in the way of having fun and enjoying the time we spend together.

Everyone seems to generally care about just getting things done and helping solve problems. You're not dealing with very many egos. which is helpful since the company is still growing and there's not always one specific person to go to with issues.
We dont do meetings just to do meetings. Every meeting is actually useful and ends early if needed
they are all different, the background of people is always an indicator of how a company hires not based on aptitude, and do not discriminates.
We all communicate very well.
Everyone gets along well and is willing to listen to other opinions. No big egos, but no slackers either.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When there is an issue that comes up between co-workers it would be better if the co-workers would listen rather then just continue to push their ideals and their beliefs upon others as if they are right and the other person is wrong. Working together as a team means compromising for a better answer
