What did you like most about the interview process?
The chance to meet multiple people and get the perspective of each of them.
I was able to connect and feel the personability of the interviewer making the interview feel very natural.
They took their time to vet who they hire, but it did take awhile to get hired. I really wanted to work here so I was patient.
I felt I was interviewing the company as much as they were interviewing me. They really want to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.
More practical stuff showing my previous work and experience and not tedious interviews with physiological test, etc
How fast I got the status updates!
The team made me feel comfortable and it wad very conversational

The way you get to talk to the high executives in the company. I like that and I think that if you are a fit, the interview is more like a way to prove that you have the aptitude and the personality to work at SynergySuite.
The fact that they were very open on what they were looking for and that I was interviewed twice with 2 people each time both times it was a different 2 people which told me that they were really making sure that I was a good fit.
The fact that you had to go through 2 rounds with different people to make sure that I was the correct fit.
Interviewers were open and honest about the challenges.
