I first came to Tandem I had stepped on a nail and my foot got infected. I am a diabetic and it got infected instead of healed. I was hospitalized and had 4 surgeries in 3 months. They truly cared, worked with me, and still work worth me today. They care about my success and care for each employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many talented people that actually care about not only the people they work for but our customers and their health. A fully diversified group of every culture and so many groups, clubs and you can create or join in on so many learning, social, diverse groups and activities or meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
After working to get me a medical Leave of Absence I really forgot alot. I needed help and told my supervisor. She immediately within the hour provided me the extra training I needed and invested in my future instead of letting me fail. She is the definition of a true leader. Our success is hers!
