Used to be a good place to work. New management culture, has definitely has changed. If you are looking for employment as a truck driver, you will deal wi y h a nazarcist manager and human resources culture. I will not recommend this job for anyone. Upper management total distance with employees.

Micromanagement is the rule of management at Dayton tx transportation. Every day, you don't know if is your last day.He knows all the company policies and drivers do not. He used them to his own benefit and write you up ,Every chance that he gets. Very hostile work environment.

Hourly employees are paid in wide ranges for different crafts. Theses rates are directly related by closeness to superiors. Recommend a skill and dependability based compensation system. Positive at least one of the locations would not follow it if history repeats itself
