Great company to work for

Hourly employees are paid in wide ranges for different crafts. Theses rates are directly related by closeness to superiors. Recommend a skill and dependability based compensation system. Positive at least one of the locations would not follow it if history repeats itself

Micro managing environment. Unclear career path

Micromanagement is the rule of management at Dayton tx transportation. Every day, you don't know if is your last day.He knows all the company policies and drivers do not. He used them to his own benefit and write you up ,Every chance that he gets. Very hostile work environment.

Some of them appear to be good people

They view a drivers ad a replaceable item and not as a human being. The compensation needs to be written down and provide to the employees, only managers since to know the rules.

Stop reminding the employees who is the manager and don't talk down on the drivers We are not objects for manager to engage on power games.

Have an open mind to all applicants. Don't have someone picked for the job before starting interviewing people. It is discouraging knowing people are interviewing for jobs that are already decided on

Poor cummication from dispatch to customers. Be at front and sincere, not only with the customers but also with your employees
