Everyone is genuine, and enjoys working as a team to fulfill our company's mission. All of the employees take a big interest in helping our community and volunteer throughout the year.

We are given many opportunities to grow our skill set and develop professionally.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe if the company made more profit, they would be able to give higher pay. The company provides cost-effective solutions to nonprofits and that is why our pay is not as competitive as other companies.
