Mr. Kevin J. Mackay has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Teekay Tankers Ltd. at Teekay Corporation since June 20, 2014. Mr. Mackay joined Teekay in 2014. He has over 20 years experience in the marine energy transportation industry. Mr. Mackay joined Teekay Tankers from Phillips 66 Corporation (Phillips 66), where he served as Head of the Global Marine Business unit for this industry-leading downstream company. He was responsible for all aspects of marine transportation, including chartering, operations, demurrage, strategy & freight trading, business improvement and marine risk management. He served a similar role as the General Manager of Commercial Marine at ConocoPhillips from 2009 to 2012 before the formation of Phillips 66. He has extensive international experience, having lived in Japan, Singapore, London and Houston. Mr. Mackay served as Regional Director for Americas of AET Tanker Holdings Sdn Bhd. He started his career working for Neptune Orient Lines in Singapore from 1991 to 1995. He then joined AET Inc. Limited (AET) (formerly American Eagle Tankers Inc.) in Houston, where he ultimately served as the Regional Director of Americas, Senior Vice President, responsible for AET's business in the Americas, including commercial and business development, operations, technical, finance and human resources. He served as a Member of ABS Society of American Bureau of Shipping Inc. since November 2007. Mr. Mackay holds a B.Sc. (Econ) Honours from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Mr. Stewart Andrade has been Chief Financial Officer at Teekay Tankers Ltd. since December 2017. Mr. Andrade has been responsible for executing a number of strategic transactions, including acquisitions and the establishment of joint ventures, to grow Teekay Tankers into one of the world's leading tanker companies. He joined Teekay in 2002 and has worked in a variety of increasingly senior roles across the organization. He served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Teekay's tanker business since 2015. Prior to joining Teekay, he worked in Ernst and Young's consulting practice providing advisory services to a variety of Canadian and international organizations. Mr. Andrade is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
