Mr. Michael W. Schirmer has been the Chief Operating Officer of Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. since May 12, 2014. Mr. Schirmer has worked with TIC on a contract basis since November 2013 directing its manufacturing operations. Over the last 20 years he has held senior leadership positions with Heidelberg Digital and Eastman Kodak Company overseeing their global manufacturing functions for digital printing equipment. He has extensive experience in supply chain management, electronics manufacturing and strategic planning and product commercialization. Mr. Schirmer is a graduate of the University of Applied Sciences in Ulm, Germany with a B.S. in Precision Engineering.

Mr. Joseph P. Macaluso has been a Principal Financial Officer of Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp, since February 1999 and has been its Principal Accounting Officer and Director of Finance & Administration since August 2002 and since February 1999 respectively. Mr. Macaluso has over 30 years of experience in financial management. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Electro-Catheter Corp. from May 1987 to 1999 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer. He has been an Independent Director of SilverSun Technologies, Inc. since January 29, 2015. Mr. Macaluso has a B.S. in Accounting from the Fairfield University.
