I work in the field and interact with customers I'm technically self employed but contracted with telecom

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think commission should be a lot more and there should be a stipend or some way to be paid for the applications I run for ppl who didn't qualify because most customers don't qualify
