What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with multiple department heads to get a good feel for the company, which was nice. They asked good questions and also were able to answer all of mine.

Hiring or consulting with business experts. The internal organization and culture of this company will be its demise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market value compensation, bonuses, guaranteed raises not based on merit because there is no rubric by which it is followed, better health insurance coverage, additional perks to compensate for lack of the above. Giving praise and positive affirmations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is the blind guiding the blind. The founder and second in command seem to know very little in terms of digital and field marketing and are staying afloat with a niche clientele. If one client leaves, the company is in for serious trouble.
