Its amazing at the size of this company and how widespread the customer base is across the whole state of Florida that the CEO and management are so accessible to everyone involved in the company. They treat you like you are a human being with a genuine interest in bettering your personal life!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are performance based bonuses that motivate us as staff to be more efficient and help the company to grow. When the company reaches goals it helps us as staff members reach our own.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family, everyone has a genuine concern for each others well-being and an interest in what they do in their personal life. We push each other to be better in a positive way, never criticizing or pointing the finger.
