Even if it's no easy to be a middle person and maybe work for a company with a very specific business model, I'm stimulated and motivated to accomplish great things for our hoteliers. Sometimes they don't really understand our role but in general it's very pleasant.

Since Shannon's presidency I feel more consideration and recognition of the employees

They are open minded and understand the difficulties we may face in our job
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do have a real team spirit and we even if we are not necessary working in the same dept. we exchange a lot, we share info and best practices.
