Overall, I very much enjoy my job, the team I work with, and the interaction with our member hotels. I believe the company is genuinely interested in keeping their employees happy. By that same token, I think we have some work to do in building a stronger a corporate identity/culture

I am very grateful for the number of PTO days.

There is a genuine interest in ensuring that everyone is successful. The team will help get each other to where they need to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am incredibly grateful for the flexibility and the trust. My manager trusts me to get my job done, no matter where I am working or when I am working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have demonstrated their determination for forward progress by really blowing up old systems and implementing new ones. It's all a work in progress, but they recognize the need for change and are making big steps forward.
