What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have fair incentives; however our health benefits have declined over the years.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're down to earth. I feel like I can speak to them as an equal.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We're all team players. No one has a bad attitude and comes to work ready to work together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Shannon has done a great job with communication with our town halls and "some good news" segments. She's very transparent with how the company is doing which I appreciate. It makes me feel like we are all in it together.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like the diversity of hotels in our portfolio, which then allows me to work with and meet people from all over the world. Since COVID, it's been great to collaborate cross-departmentally and regionally, meeting my colleagues that I otherwise would not have connected with.
