I have been happy and challenged at my company over the last few years even through some executive leadership shifts and the global pandemic. I feel valued in my role, but don't feel like there's much upward mobility at my level despite that being addressed for other parts of the business.

They are approachable and open about company focus and initiatives. They care about us as people, not just employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Personal relationships are valued and help get work done. There is also a focus on honest discussions about whether things can feasibly be completed and adjustments to workload from there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living is on the rise and we have had a few consecutive years of no pay raises which have contributed to being paid below market for many tenured employees.
